When we took on the Form Medical Aesthetics project we were excited to act as the prime consultants – working with an incredible team of contractors and consultants to watch the client vision come to life through the design-build process.

With Form, the goal was luxury. We wanted to bring an upscale clinic to Winnipeg in a new way. A space where a guest could enter and forget the real world and settle into a spa-like experience. The space was designed to bring a visitor through a journey – from the boutique-hotel-esque reception area to the curved corridors that allow for privacy and subtlety for those getting more intensive treatments.

We combined the soft sensations of the art deco style with a dash of mid-century to provide a timeless aesthetic that spoke to rationality while also maintaining warmth and softness.

With materials like classic terrazzo along with walnut and textured velvet, we specifically chose finishes, lighting, and a colour palette that would be complimentary to everyone who entered the space.

The lobby/reception area is the cornerstone of the space, providing a somatic experience of calm, with fireplace, heated flooring, and curved seating to create softness and allow for privacy and intimacy while waiting for a treatment (with a latte in hand, of course).

This is a space that can truly only be understood once experienced and we encourage you to take a “me” day and schedule a treatment in this state-of-the-art facility. It’s a unique Winnipeg offering in the world of luxury clinics and we’re proud to have been part of bringing this space into existence.
