VICTORIA CRES.
PHOTOGRAPHY Nowaday Studio
Our work on a 1950s-era, split-level home located on Victoria Crescent is one of our largest, most comprehensive residential projects to-date.
Completed after beginning renovations in the spring of 2018, we revealed the home with a full interior and exterior overhaul to the praise of our clients who loved how we worked in rustic details and transitional design to give them an elevated contemporary home.
We’re proud of the results of this full scale reno that saw over 540 design hours poured into the space.
Each level of the home received unique treatment, from the main floor, transitional kitchen with banquette dining room seating and a beautiful river view, to the entire basement level dedicated as a play area and recreation space for the client’s young son.
In the kitchen, we designed a huge island that tied into the threshold of the home using built-in bench detailing. In the midlevel, we created a full home theatre experience that rivals any movie theatre we’ve ever visited!
Integrating elevated details with family living, we incorporated great finds from Carrara Stone & Tile and Anne Sacks to create plenty of unique moments throughout the home. All lighting was sourced from Robinson Lighting and kitchen millwork was completed by Western Millwork. The project was built by Hammerdown Construction.
Our work on this home was also featured in recent issues of Style Manitoba and Winnipeg Home Decor and Renovations by NextHome.
